You, the buyer, may cancel this agreement, without penalty or obligation, at any time prior to midnight of the seller's third business day following the original date of this contract, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

To cancel this agreement, you have several options.

• Mail or deliver a signed and dated notice, or send a telegram which states that you, the buyer, are canceling this agreement. This notice MUST be postmarked by 11:59pm on the third business day from your original subscription date.  This notice shall be sent to:

• You may also cancel by phone, by calling our customer service number; 1-714-992-0555.  Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, Pacific Standard time.

• Or you my also cancel by email.  By email, send an email including your username, phone number, and billing address to cancellations@RacersDating.com.  In the subject line, put “Membership Cancellation”

• And lastly, you may cancel with our on-line cancellation process.  Just follow the simple steps on the form.

Please be sure to include your username, phone number and billing address on all correspondences.  Failure to do so could result in the delay of your membership cancellation.

If you cancel your subscription agreement within the three-day period of your original signup date, we will refund the full amount of your subscription.

You may resign or cancel your subscription at any time. When you resign, your billing stops at the time we receive your cancellation notice.  No new charges will be billed to you unless you re-instate your subscription agreement. However, if you resign after the first three days of an initial subscription term, you will not receive a refund for any days remaining in your current subscription but you will not be billed for any subsequent periods.

In order to receive a full refund, you must cancel your subscription within the first three days of your original subscription date or order (the date you first submitted your credit card information to us).  So if you submitted your order on Monday, you MUST notify us, and we must RECEIVE your cancellation notice by the 11:59PM on Wednesday.  If we receive your cancellation notice on or after 12:00am Thursday, you will be billed for the entire amount of your subscription period.  You will be able to enjoy the benefits for the full subscription term but you will not be billed for any subsequent periods.  You will not receive any refund for any days remaining on your subscription. You will be billed for the entire original subscription period. The only way for you to receive a refund is if you cancel your subscription within the first three days of your initial term.
