Our anonymous email system.

RacersDating.com prides itself on keeping your identity private until you want it known.  By using our special account naming system, your actual identity is kept secret from those that you correspond with via the RacersDating system until you choose to make your email address known.

So how does this work?

The method is actually quite simple.  First off, when you signup, we make sure that your user ID is different from your email address.

Now that your user ID is unique, as well as all others that your correspond with, whenever you email another user from the RacersDating account, they will only see your user ID and not your email address.  All email interactions between users at RacersDating.com will actually be coming from our special email system. 

When you receive emails from other users, you will actually be receiving the email from our email system letting you know that you have email on your RacersDating.com account. Simply logon to the web site and then go to the My Messages section to view and respond to your email.

The ONLY way for anyone to find out your email address is for you to type it into an email from within the RacersDating.com email system. We will NEVER supply any other user with any email address.

So what is the benefit to doing this?

Lets just say that we did have the system email users using their real email address.  Then lets say that for some reason you didn’t want to continue contact with the person, maybe because they drove a Chevy and you only like Fords.  Well, if we used your real email address, then they would have it and could then keep bugging you to dump the Mustang and get a Camaro.

With our system, if you decided that the Camaro just isn’t you, all you have to do is block the correspondences from that particular user.  If they had your email address, RacerDating.com would have no control over them sending you emails to your personal account.  We know how hard it was for you to get your personal racersdating@yahoo.com email address, we’d hate for you to have to change it to racersdating123@yahoo.com.
